We maintain the public path network to make sure it is
fit for use by keeping the surfaces in good condition and cutting
back vegetation.
We respond to reports of anything dangerous on the
path network and prioritise work.
We also speak to landowners and occupiers about putting up stiles,
we maintain bridges and put up signposts where paths leave the
road.
However, we do not maintain private paths within the
district.
