We provide a year-round out of hours emergency
response service for roads and highways within North
Somerset.
An out of hours problem is one which occurs outside our normal
working hours.
This is any time at the weekend or outside 8.45am to 5pm Monday to
Thursday and 8.45am to 4.30pm on Friday.
Outside these hours we will only respond to emergencies and aim to
send a crew to assess the problem within two hours of receiving any
report.
Anything that can safely left to the next working day will be dealt
with then.
When you report a problem you need to tell us exactly what it is
and where it has happened.
We try to recover the cost of repairing any damage whenever
possible whether the damage was deliberate or
accidental.
