We launched Carers Day in June 2007 as part of our
bid to find new ways of providing support to older
carers.
As part of Carers Day people were invited to find out more about
our
North
Somerset Crossroads Caring for Carers Project and burst a
balloon to find a free raffle ticket and win a prize.
North Somerset
Crossroads and POPP are working with
older carers to identify ways of reducing the stresses associated
with caring and assisting in organising appropriate support
services.
