I don’t want to receive a meal at the last moment because I
am going out. What should I do?
Telephone the office 01275 882 867 to let us know. If
you phone before 9.30am we can cancel your meal for the day without
charge.
Phone us at any time if you are not going to be home for your
meal. As part of our service our drivers must see you when
they call so that we know you are well. If you are not at home we
will contact others to check you are OK.
I am going out tomorrow for a few minutes, will you
leave my meal on the doorstep?
No, for Food Safety reasons and we also need to see that you are
OK.
I have special dietary requirements, will you be able to
provide me with suitable meals?
Yes! We can provide many different meals. Ring us.
I don’t want to eat my meal immediately, can I leave it
and reheat it later?
It is very important that you eat your meal as soon as it
arrives because if you allow it to cool and then reheat it, you are
at risk of food poisoning.
I don’t like lamb or pastry dishes do I have to accept
them?
We will always allow for genuine likes and dislikes and deliver
an alternative.
What else can you do when you deliver?
We can bring the meal to you in your chair, collect cutlery from
the kitchen, plate the meal and cut it up. BUT our drivers can only
spend a couple of minutes with you as they have many hot meals to
deliver within a short time.

Can I get a tea meal?
We can deliver a tea with your hot meal which will be a sandwich
or salad and cake, yoghurt or fruit – just ask the driver or ring
the office.
