The plan represents the commitment of all
children's services to improve services to children and young
people across North Somerset.
The Single Plan for Children and Young People aims to improve
opportunities for children and young people and to remove barriers
which prevent them reaching their full potential.
It involves a range of statutory agencies, the community and
voluntary sector who will work together in a number of projects and
initiatives connected with the
Every Child Matters
(ECM) programme.
These projects or initiatives will be implemented nationally by
the
Department for Children, Schools
and Families (DCSF) or locally for children and young people
in North Somerset. |
