We are committed to delivering the outcomes of the
Change for Children programme for all children and young people who
live in North Somerset.
The programme is a new approach to enhance the well-being of
children and young people from birth to 19 years.
It aims for every child, whatever their background or
circumstances, to have the support they need to achieve well-being
based on five positive targets called outcomes.
These outcomes are key to well-being in childhood and later life
and include the following:
- Being healthy
- Staying safe
- Enjoying and achieving
- Making a positive contribution
- Achieving economic well-being
