Inter-country adoption is an alternative means
of providing a family for a child whose country of origin
considers them to need an adoptive home.
Adoption permanently transfers the legal responsibility of
care to the adoptive parents providing a child with a new,
secure and permanent family to grow up in.
We are responsible for assessing couples and individuals who
live in North Somerset and want to adopt from outside the UK. If
you are interested contact our

fill in our Adoption interest form.
An
assessment will then be carried out and presented
to our
Adoption Panel for a decision.
