The North Somerset Adoption Panel normally meets
once a month to make recommendations on adoption
cases.
Its 10 members consider applicant's cases, makes recommendations
about their suitability as adoptive parents and matches
children with approved adoptive families.
It also advises on the legal steps which may need to be taken
in order to adopt particular children.
