Our training is provided by an umbrella
organisation committed to raising standards in the housing,
care and support sector.
SITRA trains more
than 4000 individuals across the UK on the Supporting
People general programme or via tailor-made and in-house
training.
Through a combination of these advice, consultancy and
these courses it can help providers with

change
- Benchmarking of performance levels, outcomes and value for
money
- Organisation and management
- Peer support and senior staff supervision
- Service user and carer involvement
- Analysis of training staff, board member and volunteer needs
and the design of training plans
It also provides a range of seminars and
conferences on supported housing related themes and it is estimated
that more than 2000 people attend such events each year.
