The Supporting People programme helps vulnerable people
to live more independent lives in their communities across North
Somerset.
It is a working partnership of:
- local government
- service users
- health professionals
- probation and support agencies
and involves a system of planning, monitoring and funding
for housing-related support services. An example of a project
supporting young people is Weston
Foyer.
