To make a housing or council tax benefit claim contact our call
centre on 01934 888 136.
Lines are open from 8.45am until 5pm Monday to Thursday and 8.45am
until 4.30pm on Friday.
If possible, it is best to avoid our busiest times which are
between 8.45am and 11.30am.
You can also visit our offices at the Town Hall in
Weston-super-Mare where our cash hall is open from 8.45am until
4.30pm Monday to Thursday and from 8.45am until 4pm on
Friday.
Again if possible, it is best to avoid our busiest times which are
between 11.30am and 2.30pm.

At present our business rates operation is run by our
partners Liberata who will run the
service until 2009.
