If you disagree with a decision we have made
about housing or council tax benefit you can appeal against
it.
You can initially ask us to look at it again but if our decision
does not change you may be able to appeal to an independent
tribunal.
If we do change the decision and you still disagree you can appeal
against the revised decision.
We will advise you if you can appeal in the letter you receive
