Help for children and young people living with domestic abuse

If anyone is hurting or upsetting someone in your family you should talk to someone about it.

You could talk to a teacher, relative or anyone you feel comfortable with. Tell them you are worried and that you really want to tell someone about your worries.

If you can't think of anyone to talk, call Childline on 0800 1111 or the NSPCC on 08088 005 000.

You could give the person who is being hurt the address of this website.  Tell them to go to our domestic abuse information.

Visit www.worriedneed2talk.org.uk for lots of useful tips.

For more information contact Community Safety and Drug Action Team. (Office open 9am to 4.30pm). In an emergency, you should always call 999.
