We are required to hold a register of the
number of disabled children within North Somerset.
This allows our health, social care and education services
for disabled children to work more closely together.
Our original register was called The Network but it has now
been relaunched as the North Somerset Disabled Children’s
Family Network.
We want to use the network to help you access information
about activities, events and support groups and use it to develop
opportunities for you to have a say about planned
developments.
In order to do this we need reliable information to plan,
develop and deliver good services for disabled children and their
families.
So let us know about the things which work well with the network
or those things which could be improved.
