Partnerships for Older People Projects (POPP)
aimed to improve the lives of older people. The North Somerset
POPP ran from May 2007 to November 2009.
POPP was a
Department of Health
(DoH) initiative and focussed on enabling older
people to stay healthy and live independently within their local
communities.
Alongside
our partners North
Somerset Council had almost £1m to develop services for
older people with the North Somerset POPP made up of five parts or
project
spurs.
