We work with a local organisaton to provide
hospice care for adults within North
Somerset.
The
Weston Hospice
Care charity provides support, clinical advice and
counselling to people with cancer or any life-threatening
illness.
Based in Uphill to the south of Weston-super-Mare it
offers specialist palliative, in-patient and
community care and day hospice and hospice at home
services.
It also offers physiotherapy and complementary therapies to
help patients cope with their conditions and bereavement
counselling.
The charity covers the following areas:
- Weston
- Yatton
- Congresbury
- Wrington
- Cleeve
- Banwell
- Parts of Somerset including Winscombe, Axbridge and
Cheddar
