Our home care assistants can visit you in
your home to help you with everyday
tasks.
They can help with your personal care or housekeeping task
ranging from helping you dress to doing your shopping or collecting
your pension.
However, we ask that you provide the necessary materials and
equipment to enable them to work safely and efficiently in your
home.
All our staff work within agreed policy and practice guidelines
and anything you tell them will be kept confidential unless you are
at risk.
The service you receive will be monitored but please let us know
if you have any complaints.
We can arrange to visit and discuss your care needs and any costs
involved.
