Our Care Connect service is the first point of
contact for all social care enquiries in North
Somerset.
Care Connect offers impartial advice on social care
issues and has helped thousands of people since its launch in
2004.
The service is open for enquiries Monday to Friday
from 8am to 6pm.
We can guide you towards social care services, put you in
touch with voluntary, statutory or private sector organisations for
help.
