Our Care Connect service is the first point of
contact for all social care enquiries in North
Somerset.
Our Care Connect contact centre offers impartial advice
on social care issues and has helped thousands of people since
its launch in 2004.
The service is now open for enquiries Monday to Friday
from 8am to 6pm. You can contact Care Connect via

Our Care Connect service can guide you towards the following
social care services we offer or put you in touch with
voluntary, statutory or private sector organisations for help
with:
- Advice on complaints, suggestions and compliments
- Basic housing help and advice
- Benefits advice
- Carelink
- Charging enquiries
- Home care and day care advice
- Home energy conservation advice
- Local transport scheme information
- Recording incidents of general, racial and homophobic
abuse
- Referrals to organisations within the Supporting People
initiative
- Residential and nursing home searches
- Security issues for older people
