Children and Young People receiving social care from the
council have the right to make a complaint about the service they
receive.
Parents and people with sufficient interest in the welfare of a
child also have the right to make a complaint.
At the first stage this will be dealt with by the Practice
Manager. If the person complaining remains dissatisfied there can
be an investigation and if necessary a hearing of the complaint by
an independent panel
Complaints can be made by phone, e mail or in writing or by
using the Complaints Form
