where needed.
To be in an abusive relationship does not mean you have to be hit
and hurt and there are other types of abuse which are just as
harmful.
It may be that your current or previous partner is verbally
threatening you, always telling you how rubbish or ugly you are or
that you are not allowed any money or friends.
It may be that you have ended a relationship but there are
issues about your children having contact, leaving you frightened
for your and their safety.
