you have received you should contact us
immediately.
In the first instance, you can contact the person who you
normally deal with who should be able to deal with your
complaint.
Alternatively, contact the
Adult Social Services and Housing Complaints Manager.
We are also interested in finding out what you think of our
services so please send us your views by filling in one of our
Comments, Compliments and Complaints form.
