Thousands of people across North Somerset find themselves in need of our social care services each year.

The broad range of care we provide means it is sometimes difficult to understand what help you are entitled to and how you can go about getting it.

In these cases our advice and support is vital in guiding you in the right direction and is provided by our Care Connect service.

A lot of other services are run by or in partnership with voluntary sector groups and organisations and we can put you in touch with these as well.
