News  Plans to relocate Weston Library

What can you do?

Pop in to read a newspaper, surf the internet and pick up a book, CD or DVD. 

Joining is easy and it's free.

You will find a range of fiction and non fiction books on various subjects, DVDs, CDs and a popular area for children and young people. There are computers offering free internet access, and helpful staff to assist you. The  North Somerset Studies library is located on the upper floor.

As a member of Weston Library you can use over 100 libraries in the LibrariesWest network.

Fri     9.30am to 5.30pm

Sat    9:30am to 4pm

Monday 9 January open at 12 noon.

*On the first Wednesday of each month the library will open at 11am after staff training.

Directions:

The Library is the red-brick building on the right of The Boulevard (as you head away from the town centre), between an old hospital residential development and a BT exchange.

From the M5:
  1. leave at junction 21
  2. Follow signs along Somerset Avenue for A370 Weston-super-Mare
  3. After going through four roundabouts, you will pass at three miles through an area of superstores
  4. At the fifth roundabout turn right and over a railway bridge
  5. At a cross roads with traffic lights go straight ahead into Ashcombe Road
  6. Continue through a mini-roundabout
  7. At traffic lights opposite a cemetery entrance turn left into Milton Road and continue to the Boulevard, a tree-lined avenue.

Please note: Parking outside the library on the street is limited to an hour.
