Tourist Information Centres

Our centres provide a comprehensive information service for North Somerset.

This service is available to both residents and visitors and includes details on places to visit, things to do and where to stay.

The Weston-super-Mare Tourist Information Centre (TIC) is on the seafront based at the Winter Gardens and offers a wide range of services for visitors including:

• A free accommodation booking service on arrival up to 48 hours in advance
• Discount tickets and vouchers to local attractions including the SeaQuarium, Cheddar Caves, The Fleet Air Arm Museum, West Somerset Railway and Wookey Hole Caves
• Tickets for Weston Walks (guided walks around the town) the The Eden Project, Bakers Dolphin Coach Travel and Waverley and Balmoral Pleasure Sailings and many local events including Bath & West Show, T4 on the Beach, Yeovilton Air Day and The Royal International Air Tattoo.
• A theatre booking service for Weston's Playhouse Theatre
• Information for disabled visitors plus the sale of RADAR keys

Our other centre is based in Clevedon at the town's library.

The centre is open all week from Easter to 30 September between 9am and 6pm.

The rest of the year it is open from 10am-4pm each day.

The centre is open from 9.30am until 5pm on Monday, Thursday and Saturday, from 9.30am until 7pm on Tuesday and Friday and closed on Wednesday.
