We organise a number of walks across North
Somerset as part of our drive to encourage people to lead more
active lives.
Run in partnership with the
North Somerset Primary Care
Trust they are open to anyone wanting to build some physical
activity into their everyday lives. The walks vary in length and
take from 30 minutes to one hour.

If you would like to become a
health walks leader and make a difference to the health of your
community then we hold free training twice a year.
The one day workshops are ideal for those who want to support a
current health walks programme or start one in an area where none
exists.
