Portishead Library will be holding a "Big Book Sale"
over the weekend of 17 and 18 December.
The sale takes place at the library in Harbour Road from 9.30am
to 2.30pm on Saturday and from 10.30am to 2.30pm on Sunday.
There should be something for everyone with a range of books
awaiting a quieter life on your bookshelves after providing
honourable service in the public libraries. Prices start from
30p.
In order to make way for new titles and recycle less used stock,
the library service regularly offers items for sale that are no
longer in demand.
Portishead Library holds quarterly book sales. The next one will be
