Cut-price swimming lessons are on offer at Churchill
Sports Centre during the school holidays this month.
We are running a course leading to the ASA/UKCC level 1
certificate in teaching aquatics from 13 to 19 February.
Children are required from Monday 15 to Friday 19 February so
that prospective teachers can practise their teaching and coaching
skills on real students.
Children must be at least five years old and can be of any
ability - from non-swimmers with no previous experience to
accomplished swimmers who can swim at least 100 metres.
Places can be booked on one of three 30-minute sessions a day
from 9-9.30am, 9.30-10am and 10-10.30am. A reduced price of £13 in
total will be charged for the five sessions during the week.
