When you join the library you will be given a personal
identification number (PIN).
You will need your PIN to:
- log on to our
library computers
- renew and reserve
items from home using
the LibrariesWest
website
- renew items using our 24 hour automated telephone renewal
service on 0845 002 0777.
If you do not have a PIN or have forgotten your PIN please
contact your local library.
If you wish to change your PIN you can do so by logging on to
the LibrariesWest website
and clicking on Your personal
details.
