If you have lost or damaged a book, CD or DVD please
contact your local library.
If an item is damaged please inform us when you are returning
the item. We will assess the damage, and make a charge for
replacing or repairing the item.
If you lose an item please inform
your local library as soon
as you can. To cover the cost of replacing items we will make
a charge (pdf, Jan 11, 61KB) and
give you a receipt.
If you then find the item please return it with your receipt so
we can refund the charge, minus an
administration charge (pdf, Jan 11,
61KB).
We do not charge for damaged children's books borrowed by
children under the age of five.
