When you join the library we will ask you how you would
like us to contact you.
We will contact you when:
- the items you have borrowed are overdue and need to
be returned
or renewed.
There is a small charge (pdf, Jan 11, 61KB) for
postal notification.
- the items you have reserved
are available for collection.
We can contact you by email, post, phone, or text.
If you would like to change the way we contact you please update
your details online at the LibrariesWest website
by clicking on Your personal details and then:
- update your overdue reminder method
- update your reservation notification method.
Alternatively contact your local library
and we will update your record.
