includes the stock of libraries in Bristol, Somerset, Bath and
North East Somerset, and South Gloucestershire, as well as
North Somerset. You can borrow books from over
100 LibrariesWest libraries
in person or by reserving
the book to come to your local library.
You
can request
a book online or
at your local library for a
small
charges (pdf, Jan 11, 61KB) to be paid
when your reservation is placed. If you reserve online,
pay on your next library visit. It's free if you
are a concessionary member. Also if you are under
17 then up to six reservations are free.
If you can't find
your book, then we can search the national network of libraries
using our interlibrary loan service. The charge is £5 for this
service. (£2 per renewal)
We can also
request an article from a book or journal from the
British Library. We will ask you to
fill in a copyright form, and there will be a £5 interlibrary loan
charge plus a charge for each page of the photocopy
supplied.
We also
have CDs and
DVDs available in our libraries.
