Bookstart
is a national programme that encourages parents and
carers to share books with children from an early age.
We want every
child in North Somerset to develop a lifelong love of books. A
free pack is available when your child reaches age:
Children are welcome in your
local family friendly
libraryand regular visits to the library are a great way of
encouraging a love of books. Your child can
join from
birth and start visiting the library with you, borrowing books and
taking part in:
