We offer a wide range of services for children and families to
promote the joy of reading and encourage a love of learning from an
early age.
In your family friendly library you will find a warm welcome, a
comfortable children's area, a variety of books, story and rhyme
tapes and CDs. Space to sit, read, study or go online and surf the
net.
We host regular
children's story times and Baby
Bounce sessions for toddlers. Our
Bookstart
Book Crawl scheme encourages younger readers to visit our
libraries.
If you have a Young Person's Key you can hire a standard
DVD for half price.
We provide homework
collections in many of our libraries and our
online
library is a good place to start for help with your
homework.
