social environment in the Weston-super-Mare, Clevedon and Backwell
areas.

challenging. Health Walks are held in the Weston-super-Mare,
Winscombe, Clevedon, Nailsea and Yatton areas.
- Sequence Dancing is all about exercising whilst enjoying
yourself, a good way to keep the mind and body active. For those

in lots of locations across North Somerset including the
Winter Gardens in
Weston-super-Mare.

Junior School.

- Hashing is a social
jog/walk for all levels of fitness. Routes are typically four miles
long and are laid by one of the group beforehand. Fitness is not a
pre-requisite, sociability and friendship take priority. Sessions
take place across North Somerset on Wednesday evenings.
- Indoor Climbing, Ab and Back Class and Circuit Training are
activites which are all suitable for beginners as you can go at
your own pace with support from the instructor throughout. Circuit
sessions are held on Thursday evenings, indoor climbing on Sunday
