Strode Leisure Centre offers an extensive range of
activities.
Our Kinetika gym has cardio-vascular/resistance training equipment
and a range of free weights in a fully air-conditioned
environment.
We offer a range of exercise classes tailored to suit all tastes
and fitness levels.
There is a crèche from 9.30am to 11.30am Monday to Friday run by
experienced caring staff.
Swimming sessions and lessons are available to suit all
abilities.
Other wet side activities include swimming clubs, water babies and
splash attack pool sessions.
We also offer five-a-side football, basketball and badminton.

Monday to Friday, 7.30am to 10pm
Saturday and Sunday, 8.30am to 9pm.
