Activities for young people

The earlier you start the habit of an active and healthy lifestyle the easier it will be to maintain.

Getting involved in active living is a good way to improve your overall health and well being.  It will make you feel better, more awake and help you to concentrate better.

Why not set yourself a challenge or enter an event to help motivate you to be more active?  

Activities do not have to be sports if you do not enjoy them.  There are other ways to get more active.  You could try walking or cycling to school, college or work.  Dancing is also a good way to get active or maybe skateboarding.
