for disabled and non-disabled people alike.
There are a number

activities you
can get involved in if
you are disabled, from horse riding to skiing.
You need to think about what sort of things you would like to
do. For example, would you prefer to be indoors or outside? Would
you like something arty or musical, or are you looking for
something more physically challenging?

It is also important to eat a healthy balanced diet with a
variety of foods including plenty of fruit and vegetables, starch,
such as wholegrain bread, pasta and rice, some protein-rich foods
such as meat, fish, eggs and lentils and some dairy. It should also
be low in salt, sugar and fat, especially saturated fat.
