Grants and loans known as Housing Renewals Assistance
are available for repairs and improvements to home owners living in
North Somerset.
Please note the withdrawal of funds by central government means
we may be unable to help but we are reviewing our priorities in an
attempt to maintain support for the most vulnerable.
Our Housing Renewals Assistance Policy is based on the principle
that responsibility for maintenance of a dwelling is the
homeowners.
We have an important role to provide assistance, particularly to
the elderly and most vulnerable who may not have money
available.
