We are working to improve the quality and
access to and increase the quantity of decent housing across North
Somerset.
We are committed to delivering more affordable housing through
our Affordable Housing
Delivery Plan(AHDP) while we aim to improve housing access for
people with different needs through our
Learning Disabilities Housing Strategy .
Our
Housing Strategy 2004 - 2009 works with other key strategies
such as the Community Plan, Local Plan and Community Safety
Strategy to help our overall goals.
We have recently undertaken a survey of the Black & Minority
Ethnic housing needs. The
Final Report and
Executive Summary are now available. |
