We have a duty to licence caravan and park home sites.
These include touring sites, holiday and residential
parks.
Licences issued usually have a number of conditions that the
person responsible for operating the park must adhere to. If you
have a concern relating to a condition of the licence for the part
that you are either visiting or living on please contact the
Private
Rented Housing Team.
We maintain a

licensed caravan sites in the district. If you have any queries
regarding this list please

Unfortunately we are unable to become involved in disputes
relating to any agreement you may have to occupy the park. These
are private agreements entered into by the person responsible for
the park and those occupying it. If you are involved in such a
dispute we would recomend that you contact one of the many park
homes residential associations or a private solicitor. If you
are occupying the site with a tenancy then the councils

Advice Team may be able to assist you.
