If you are a landlord who rents out property you

This applies to those on low incomes or in receipt of
income support or job seekers allowance.
We can help them pay their rent with housing benefit which
is paid on a four-week cycle in arrears.
This money can cover all or a percentage of their rent
depending on their circumstances with any shortfall covered by the
