You can make a claim over the phone. Contact our
housing and
council tax benefit customer services team.
Lines are open from 8.00am until 6.00pm Monday
to Friday.
(If possible, it is best to avoid our busiest times which are
between 8.45am and 11.30am).
You can also make a claim in person. Visit our offices
at the Town
Hall in Weston-super-Mare from 8.45am until 5.00pm Monday
to Thursday and from 8.45am until 4.30 pm on
Friday.
Again if possible, it is best to avoid our busiest times which are
between 11.30am and 2.30pm. Coming soon appointments will be
available between 8.00 am and 6.00 pm (please check the
website for updates)
