We have a responsibility to meet the housing needs
of the people of North Somerset.
Our Housing Strategy & Commissioning Service helps us in
this by supporting and developing the strategies, policies and
partnerships we use to achieve this aim.
It helps by researching local housing needs, markets and
affordability and by bidding for available resources.
It also monitors our performance across the housing sector and
by using customer feedback to improve the way in which we carry out
our work and policies.
