This plan outlines a three-year strategy for
maximising the delivery of affordable housing across North
Somerset.
The aims contained with our
Affordable Housing Delivery Plan (AHDP) include the
following:
- To research the housing needs and housing markets across the
district
- To provide a good service to developers, housing associations
and other partners
- To promote and encourage the provision of affordable
housing
- To balance the local housing market through new housing
provision
- To seek out best practice on all issues
We work closely with our colleagues in planning and economic
development in a bid to achieve these aims and provide the
affordable housing people need. |
