Maintenance

Carrying out regular maintenance on a property can prevent the need for a lot of repairs in the future. 

It is a good idea to have an annual plan which will help plan maintenance works properly and can be used to inform tenants about any upcoming work.

Landlords should introduce the replacement of larger elements into this plan as well as a timetable of external property inspections which should include any gardens.
