adaptations to help you remain in your home we can offer you
assistance.
To enable you to continue living as independently as
possible in your own home. We can help with home adaptaions
making it easier for you to live at home. Adaptations can range
from shower facilities, stairlifts to access ramps.
Occupational Therapists can assess changes required to your home
or provide advice on equipment or other solutions that are
available.
If major adaptations are required you can apply for a
