Disabled facilities grants are available to help
Disabled people adapt their homes.
If you or someone living with you is disabled you may qualify
for a grant of up to £25,000.
They are available for all types of residential
property including mobile homes and caravans.
The money will be put towards the cost of providing adaptations
and facilities to enable Disabled people to continue to live
in their own home.
