Park Homes residential sites are open all year round,
containing static caravans or park homes for permanent residential
use.
North Somerset Council has a responsibility to issue a
licence

parks, however they do have the powers to prosecute any failure to
comply with licence conditions and can carry out works in default,
but have no duty to do so.
