Review of delegation arrangements

We are reviewing the delegated arrangements and code of practice of our committees.

Following an adverse Ombudsman decision our Planning & Regulatory Committee reviewed these arrangements during its March 2007 meeting and agreed some changes which were subject for consultation until 30 June 2007.

The Planning & Regulatory Committee agreed the changes to the Protocol for delegating planning applications at its meeting on 4 July 2007.
