The next Agents Forum will be held on Wednesday 26
November 2008.
It will be held in the New Council Chamber in the Town Hall,
Weston-super-Mare, between 9.30am and noon with coffee available
from 9.15am.
We welcome any suggestions about the topics or issues you would
like us to cover. If you would like to come along or if you have
any topics you would like to include please contact our contact our
DC Admin Support Officer, subject Agent's Forum.
Likely issues for discussions are:
- The changes to householder permitted development
- Accessible housing and the lifetime homes standard
- Feedback on our Validation checklist for registering planning
applications
- An update on general North Somerset Council Development Control
staff and procedural arrangements including website issues
- New houses in flood zones - pps25 sequential test
- Update on the implementation of policies H7 (housing outside
for main towns)
- An open question & answer forum on questions you may have
(it is helpful to have notice of the question in advance so that we
can do some research if needs be)
